Let me introduce myself.  Hi there!  I'm, Melanie, and I'm going to personally help you achieve your health goals.

I'm Melanie but my friends call me Mel. I was born and raised in Illinois and shortly before turning 18, my family decided to move to Florida. Nice right, palm trees and beaches, this is totally my thing. Later that year, I met my this amazing man, got married and started a family. 22 years later and things are still Grand!
